Customer Experience Representative

What will you do?

As a Customer Experience Representative, you would be responsible for ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience with our product. This means you would not only assist with complaints, errors, questions, billing and other issues, but you would also actively work towards avoiding issues going forward so that the overall customer experience becomes better. Effectively, you would be the voice of the end customer within the company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming customer emails regarding product problems, service questions and general concerns
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers  and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
  • Working with the product team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
  • Impacting the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated customers into repeat customers
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Basics of SQL
  • BCA/ B.Sc/MBA (1-2 yrs of experience)
  • Self-motivated, and can get things done independently
